Israel reportedly strikes Hezbollah sites deep in Lebanon
Israel Defense Forces (IDF) launched airstrikes targeting Hezbollah positions in the Lebanese city of Baalbek, the AFP, and Lebanese media outlets reported. The Israeli military’s alleged strikes come following several Hezbollah missile, rocket, and drone attacks on northern Israel on Saturday. If confirmed, this would be the fourth time the IDF has launched attacks on Baalbek, which is located approximately 100 kilometers from the Israeli border and is considered a Hezbollah stronghold.
