Hezbollah rockets strike Northern Israel

Thirty-five rockets were fired from Lebanon towards Safed in northern Israel, with most landing in open areas and causing no harm, according to the Israeli military.

The Lebanese armed group Hezbollah claimed responsibility for the attack, adding to the escalating tensions between Israel and Hezbollah along the border.

Since October 8, there has been a surge in exchanges of fire between the two sides, with an increase in both severity and frequency of attacks in recent months.
