In his third speech as Hezbollah leader, Naim Qassem says the terror group will attack the center of Tel Aviv in response to the killing of its media relations chief Mohammed Afif in an Israeli strike on a building in central Beirut on Sunday. The strike was carried out in the Ras al-Naba’a neighborhood in the central part of the Lebanese capital, and not in the Hezbollah stronghold in the southern suburbs. Israel must pay a “heavy price” for the assassination, Qassem says.
