The reason is a lot of their personnel are in quarantine and in the case of NYC the epic center they are sick. They are not equipped to operate from staffs hunkered down at home. It took me years to decentralize our infrastructure. Another problem is we are ALL experience problems getting spares. Thank GOD i stockpiled LNB’s, Receivers, Transmitters and what are know as Books. Because the spares are not be manufactured!
