Russian President Vladimir Putin voiced on Saturday his country’s commitment to all the agreements it reached with North Korea in a letter he sent to the latter nation’s Supreme Leader Kim Jong-un. Kim received the letter through Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who is currently visiting Pyongyang. “The President sends you his warmest greetings and confirms his commitment to all agreements that have been reached.
