FBI says H. Biden emails not Russian disinformation – report

Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe says that Hunter Biden’s laptop is NOT part of a Russian disinformation campaign but says it IS in the hands of the FBI
  • House Intel chair Adam Schiff said the ‘smear’ on Biden ‘comes from the Kremlin’
  • DNI John Ratcliffe said the laptop is not part of a Russian disinformation campaign
  • He said the Intel Community ‘has not been involved in Hunter Biden’s laptop’
  • However he also said it is the possession of the FBI
  • Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani provided the laptop to the New York Post and says it came from computer repair shop owner
  • Ratcliffe and Schiff faced off during House impeachment of Trump last year

Donald Trump’s Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said Monday that Hunter Biden’s laptop ‘is not part of some Russia disinformation campaign’ as he blasted Rep. Adam Schiff for saying dirt on Trump’s rival came from the Kremlin. He confirmed that the FBI have the laptop but did not comment on whether they are investigating its contents.  Ratcliffe, a Trump loyalist who assumed his post in May, accused Schiff of having ‘politicized’ intelligence – and responded to Schiff’s claim about the mysterious laptop that Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani says he obtained from a computer repair shop owner. Its contents, which Giuliani provided to the New York Post, include emails purporting to show business ties between Joe Biden and his son, who in documents looks to be seeking to cash in on his father’s former position as vice president in Ukraine and in China.     ‘It’s funny that some of the people that complain the most about intelligence being politicized are the ones politicizing the intelligence,’ Ratcliffe told Fox Business on Monday. ‘And unfortunately, it is Adam Schiff who said the intelligence community who as you pointed out on Friday said that the intelligence community believes the Hunter Biden laptop and emails on it are part of a Russian disinformation campaign,’ he added. Director of National Intelligence John Ratcliffe said Monday that Hunter Biden’s laptop ‘is not part of some Russia disinformation campaign’ The New York Post published a photograph, said to be found on an abandoned laptop, showing Hunter with a crack pipe in his mouth, left.

A series of compromising pictures of Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter, 50, (above) have been released just weeks ahead of the US election on November 3 Asked if the laptop was part of Russian disinformation, Ratcliffe replied: ‘Let me be clear: the intelligence community doesn’t believe that, because there is no intelligence that supports that. And we have shared no intelligence with Chairman Schiff, or any member of Congress that Hunter Biden’s laptop is part of some Russian disinformation campaign. It’s simply not true.’ Ratcliffe added: ‘The intelligence community has not been involved in Hunter Biden’s laptop.’ However he also said that the FBI, which is part of the intelligence community, was in possession of Hunter Biden’s laptop. ‘The FBI has had possession of this,’ Ratcliffe said. ‘Without commenting on any investigation that they may or may not have, their investigation is not centered around Russian disinformation and the intelligence community is not playing any role with respect to that.’ Giuliani provided the Post with a subpoena for the laptop dated December 19 2019, an indication it has been in the bureau’s possession for months. Ratcliffe, who was a vocal defender of Trump during impeachment where Schiff played a key role, called out people using the Intel community to ‘leverage some political narrative.’ Schiff told CNN that ‘We know that this whole smear on Joe Biden comes from the Kremlin.’ ‘That’s been clear for well over a year now that they’ve been pushing this false narrative and the vice president and his son. … pushing this Kremlin narrative is pretty breathtaking. … and the president is only too happy to have Kremlin help to amplify it.’ The attacks come amid continued questions about the Hunter Biden emails that have roiled the campaign in its final weeks. The Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, helped by Republican Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, said it is investigating the emails and has been in touch with a ‘whistleblower.’ The committee only last month produced a lengthy report that accuses Hunter Biden with ‘corruption.’

Ratcliffe went after former House colleague Rep. Adam Schiff, who connected revelations from Hunter Biden to the Kremlin Ukrainian lawmaker Andrii Derkach has claimed a second laptop belonging to Hunter Biden’s business contacts in the country has been seized by law enforcement there The Post reported, based on an email said to be included in the laptop, that Ukrainian official Vadym Pozharskyi had sought a meeting with the elder Biden in 2015.

‘Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure,’ the email said.

However the email did not state that the two actually met, and the Biden campaign responded that ‘we have reviewed Joe Biden’s official schedules from the time and no meeting, as alleged by the New York Post, ever took place.’ President Trump has seized on the information and has made it a staple of his election rallies over the weekend, seeking to portray the Bidens as a ‘crime family.’ The Treasury Department in September designated Ukrainian parliamentarian Andrii Derkach, who has met with Giuliani, as seeking to influence the U.S. electoral process. Treasury said Derkach has been ‘an active Russian agent for over a decade.’ Nick Note: Without a doubt Sleepy Joe and his druggie son are dirty. SO! All you have are corrupt politicians to chose from. The empire is crumbling. Look America is under a stealth bio-wapon attack. The Chinese Weaponized the coronavirus and except for “fake news” outlets like ousr the truth is not seeing the light of day

McConnell urges WH not to pass aid before election

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell revealed his concerns in a warning manner for the White House not to proceed with a big stimulus deal prior to the election, according to the Washington Post’s report released on Tuesday. The senator questioned the good faith of the House Speaker, Nancy Pelosi, concerning her negotiation with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin, suggesting that any reached deal could disrupt the Senate’s plans to confirm Amy Coney Barrett to the Supreme Court next week. The market had reacted positively to Pelosi’s and McConnell’s revelation that both Republicans and Democrats have teamed up to work out the differences and deliver additional stimulus before November 3. Nick Note: looks like their may be a undone done deal to me…… OUCH!

McConnell: Senate would consider larger relief bill

Washington — Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell announced that the Senate will vote Wednesday on the coronavirus relief proposal crafted by Republicans, in addition to a separate vote on additional funding for a program to aid small businesses on Tuesday. McConnell’s announcement is a blow to efforts by the White House and Speaker Nancy Pelosi to negotiate a larger bill. McConnell said in a statement Saturday that the proposal, which carries a price tag of more than $500 billion, would provide funds to expand unemployment benefits, another round of the Paycheck Protection Program, financial aid to schools and funding for testing and tracing. Republicans attempted a vote on the bill over the summer, but the effort was blocked by Democrats, who argued that the bill did not go far enough to address the needs of the American people. In his statement posted to Twitter, McConnell blamed Pelosi for failing to negotiate with Senate Republicans to secure a deal. “Speaker Pelosi has wasted months playing political games with the health and financial security of American families,” McConnell said. The House passed a massive $3.4 trillion relief bill in May, which McConnell has refused to consider. Senate Republicans and the White House argued that the House bill contained too many provisions unrelated to the pandemic. The House then approved a slimmed-down $2.4 trillion bill last month. Pelosi and Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin have engaged in negotiations over a bill on and off for several months. Mnuchin proposed a $1.8 trillion plan, which Pelosi rejected, arguing that it still did not go far enough. Mnuchin said last week that he was willing to compromise with Pelosi on testing, and President Trump said he would be willing to agree to an even higher number than the framework Mnuchin proposed. In his statement, McConnell said the Senate would consider a proposal negotiated by Pelosi and the White House. “If Speaker Pelosi ever lets the House reach a bipartisan agreement with the Administration, the Senate would of course consider it. But Americans need help now,” McConnell said. In the absence of a larger proposal, McConnell plans to move forward with his narrower bill. McConnell told reporters in Kentucky on Thursday that “we’re in discussions with the secretary of the treasury and the speaker about a higher amount,” but said “that’s not what I’m going to put on the floor.” When specifically asked if there could be a compromise within a $2 trillion range, McConnell said, “I don’t think so.” Nick Note: This is sausage stuffed with Bull Shit….. Nothing to get excited about. They are feeling the election heat. And this will not be the feast they are promising… except for the special interest groups like the airlines. When the markets unpack this box of shit they will not be happy. As i write this our favorite market is negative on the day. Its called chain your lizard!

Pelosi Says Some Differences Remain Over Stimulus Bill

(Bloomberg) — House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said that a bill for a compromise stimulus package is being written as she awaits a key phone call with Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin Tuesday.

Pelosi said in a Bloomberg Television interview that areas where more work is required to get a compromise include assistance to state and local authorities and providing income assistance to working families.

But the Trump administration has now agreed to a strategy designed to “crush the virus,” she said. And the two sides are “in range” on health care provisions in a stimulus bill that go beyond testing and tracing the coronavirus pandemic, she said.

“It might not be finished by Election Day,” Pelosi said, adding that she’d like to speed ahead in an effort to help people before rent payments are due on Nov. 1.

She said she’s telling her colleagues not to worry about any “collateral benefit” that could accrue to President Donald Trump if a deal is sealed before Nov. 3. Appropriations committee staff members are working on compromise language, Pelosi said, and they’ve hit a “bump in the road,” as legislation is always “tough,” she said. A bill would need to be written by the end of this week to get it to the president next week. But “mixed messages” between Trump and Senate Republicans — who have opposed a package of $1.8 trillion or more — could pose a hurdle, Pelosi said. Nick Note: Sell the fact!

Pelosi: We are starting to write stimulus bill

United States House Speaker Nancy Pelosi revealed on Tuesday the Democrats and the GOP have joined efforts to write the relief bill in order to pass it in the Congress before the presidential elections.

Pelosi expressed her optimism about reaching a bipartisan agreement, but noted there are still sticking points that would have to be resolved before the bill is approved. State and local funding and liability overhaul remain topics of the discussions.

Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchina and Pelosi are expected to speak in the evening, after which it will be found out if the two sides have reached the common ground on the relief.

The Dow Jones extended gains on Tuesday as the United States House Speaker Nancy Pelosi said stimulus deal is possible by day’s end. Also, US President Donald Trump stated that he is willing to go over $2.2 trillion in economic stimulus.

The Dow Jones was up by 276 points at 12:43 pm ET or 0.98%. The Nasdaq 100 climbed by 0.92%, and the S&P 500 traded 1.06% in the green.

Cruz ‘very skeptical’ about reaching deal on aid bill

Republican senator Ted Cruz claimed on Tuesday he is “very skeptical” about reaching an agreement between the Republicans and Democrats on the country’s next coronavirus stimulus bill.

Previously, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer asserted that a $500 billion aid bill proposal made by the Republicans “remains unacceptable” and “totally inadequate” as “the crisis has gotten even worse” since they unveiled it.

According to Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnel, the US Senate is expected to vote on the bill this week.

Hunter Biden Has an Incriminating Second Laptop Taken by Law Enforcement, Ukraine Lawyer Alleges

More trouble for Joe Biden as Ukrainian lawmaker claims second laptop belonging to Hunter’s business contacts in the country has been seized by law enforcement
  • Andrii Derkach posted to Facebook on Friday to say there is a ‘second laptop’
  • In the post Derkach says that laptop ‘was given to Ukrainian law enforcement’
  • ‘These are not the last witnesses or the last laptop,’ he warned in the post
  • Rudy Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer, has said foreign sources did not provide the Hunter Biden emails first reported last week
  • Derkach is one of Giuliani’s principal contacts; a Treasury Department sanction announcement characterized him as an ‘active Russian agent for over a decade’
  • Last week, the New York Post published emails and photographs that the outlet claimed were contained on a laptop owned by Hunter Biden
  • Messages suggested that Hunter had arranged for a top executive at Burisma to meet his father when he was VP and in charge of US policy with Ukraine

A Ukrainian lawmaker has claimed a second laptop belonging to Hunter Biden’s business contacts in the country has been seized by law enforcement there.  Andrii Derkach posted to Facebook on Friday to say there is a ‘second laptop’ involving evidence of corruption and connected to the Bidens, The Daily Beast reports.  Rudy Giuliani, the president’s personal lawyer, has said foreign sources did not provide the Hunter Biden emails first reported last week. He says a laptop containing the correspondence and intimate photos was simply abandoned in a Delaware repair shop and the shop owner reached out to Giuliani’s lawyer. Derkach is one of Giuliani’s principal contacts and was mentioned in an August intelligence assessment that described a concerted Russian effort to disparage Biden. A Treasury Department sanction announcement from last month characterized Derkach as an ‘active Russian agent for over a decade.’ Now he claims to know of a second laptop, used by ‘two representatives for the interests of [Burisma founder Mykola] Zlochevsky.’ Hunter served on the board of directors at Ukrainian energy company Burisma. In the post Derkach says that laptop ‘was given to Ukrainian law enforcement’ and that Burisma representatives were now serving as ‘witnesses in criminal proceedings.’ Ukrainian lawmaker Andrii Derkach has claimed a second laptop belonging to Hunter Biden’s business contacts in the country has been seized by law enforcement there Derkach says the workers are ‘ready to tell’ about international corruption involving the Bidens. He warns: ‘But most importantly! These are not the last witnesses or the last laptop’. Joe Biden is pictured Sunday in Durham, North Carolina The Ukrainian parliamentarian said: ‘The facts that confirm international corruption are stored on the second laptop.  ‘This laptop was handed over to Ukrainian law enforcement officers, and the “workers” themselves are now witnesses in criminal proceedings.’ Derkach says the workers are ‘ready to tell’ about international corruption involving the Bidens. He warns: ‘But most importantly! These are not the last witnesses or the last laptop.’ Giuliani has not been shy about discussing his foreign contacts, including with Derkach. In December, Derkach posted on his Facebook page photos of him and Giuliani meeting in Kyiv.  The New York Post published a photograph, said to be found on an abandoned laptop, showing Hunter with a crack pipe in his mouth, left. A series of compromising pictures of Democratic candidate Joe Biden’s son Hunter, 50, (above) have been released just weeks ahead of the US election on November 3 Derkach in recent months has leaked recordings of calls Biden had as vice president with Ukraine’s then-leader, audio the Biden campaign contends is heavily edited.  Despite his own administration’s warnings on Derkach, Trump has promoted those recordings on Twitter.  Last week, the New York Post published emails and photographs that the outlet claimed were contained on a laptop owned by Hunter Biden, which he apparently never collected from the repair store. The hard drive was retrieved by a third-party from the shop owner in January and then sent to Giuliani. Giuliani seemingly then sat on the information for months, before releasing it to the Post just weeks before the election. The messages suggested that Hunter Biden had arranged for a top executive at Burisma to meet his father in person, when he was vice-president and in charge of US policy with Ukraine. Biden’s campaign and a lawyer for Hunter Biden said they had no record of such a meeting taking place. They have not addressed the authenticity of the emails.

In the emails published by the Post, Hunter Biden is shown pursuing a lucrative deal involving China’s largest private energy company, saying in one message that the proposed deal would be ‘interesting for me and my family’, before discussing remuneration packages.

Former White House strategist Steve Bannon,, said Sunday everything that has come to light from Hunter Biden’s hard drive is true.  He said Hunter’s lawyer tried to email the repair shop to get the laptop back and has since then contacted Bannon and his team to retrieve the sensitive hard drive. Steve Bannon said everything found on Hunter Biden’s lap top is true as he claims: ‘Absolutely the meetings happened. This is not off of some Russia intelligence operation. That emails correct, the meanings correct and, by the way, that 10 per cent of the equity is Joe Biden’s’ Independent Mac shop owner John Paul MacIsaac, 44, of Wilmington, Delaware, says he is person who turned over Hunter Biden’s emails to the FBI and Giuliani. Steve Bannon said Hunter Biden’s lawyer tried desperately to get the hard drive back after it was left at the lap top repair shop Trump weighed in on the ordeal, dubbing Joe Biden with a new nickname: ‘10% Joe’ ‘Hunter Biden’s lawyer has come to us both with phone calls and with emails saying, ‘hey, I’ve got to get the hard drive back’,’ Bannon said. ‘This is not some Russian intelligence operation; they admit it’s their hard drive,’ he continued in proving the validity of the information found on the laptop. ‘We have the emails from the lawyer, if we need to release them, we’ll release them.’  Trump weighed in on Hunter’s emails on Twitter Sunday, and gave his Democratic rival a new nickname: ‘10% Joe.’ ‘Hunter Biden’s laptop is a disaster for the entire Biden family, but especially for his father, Joe. It is now a proven fact, and cannot be denied, that all of that info is the REAL DEAL,’ Trump tweeted. ‘That makes it impossible for ‘50%, or 10%’ Joe, to ever assume the office of the President!’

Trump calls Dr Fauci ‘an IDIOT’ and says people are ‘tired of hearing about Covid’

The president made the comments during a call with his campaign staff on Monday morning that reporters got on.

“People are saying whatever. Just leave us alone. They’re tired of it. People are tired of hearing Fauci and all these idiots…” Trump said, according to Politico.

Despite slamming the coronavirus expert, the president went on to say “Fauci is a nice guy” before saying “he’s been here for 500 years.” During the call, Trump also insisted that if he had listened to Fauci’s advice there would be “700,000, 800,000 deaths.” America has suffered at least 220,000 deaths from the coronavirus. Trump also called Fauci a “disaster,” who is a “bomb” when he goes on TV, but a “bigger bomb if you fire him.” “If there’s a reporter on, you can have it just the way I said it. I couldn’t care less,” the president said following the heated comments. Shortly after the phone call, Trump took to Twitter to complain about the doctor. “Dr.Tony Fauci says we don’t allow him to do television, and yet I saw him last night on @60Minutes, and he seems to get more airtime than anybody since the late, great, Bob Hope. All I ask of Tony is that he make better decisions. He said “no masks & let China in”. Also, Bad arm! “…P.S. Tony should stop wearing the Washington Nationals’ Mask for two reasons. Number one, it is not up to the high standards that he should be exposing. Number two, it keeps reminding me that Tony threw out perhaps the worst first pitch in the history of Baseball!” The president and the doctor have appeared to be feuding in recent weeks since Trump was diagnosed with Covid. On Saturday, Fauci revealed that he was “absolutely not surprised” by the diagnosis. Fauci said “oh my goodness,” when he saw the lack of masks and social distancing during a “superspreader event” at the White House. At least ten people in Trump’s inner circle became infected with coronavirus following the event, which was held to officially nominate his Supreme Court pick Judge Amy Coney Barrett. The doctor called the event “a completely precarious situation” and said he was “worried” that the president would become sick after seeing the event. “Nothing good can come out of that,” Fauci said. “That’s got to be a problem — and then sure enough it turned out to be a super spreader event.” Now, 34 people in Trump’s orbit are known to have become infected since the event, according to a leaked FEMA tally. Nick Note: I find it simply amazing that the media forgets to report that Bidens vice president pick and her staff over 10 people are/were in isolation after they tested positive. It seems they also had a super spreader event on one of those flying infection incubator tubes/ And supposedely they ALL masked up and isolated like Biden in his basement. GET THIS MESSAGE TO TRUMP: Trump is realling blowing it big time here. His arguments are I am the leader of the free world. I camot hide in the beasement. I have to take the risk and meet and greet a lot of people. I took the risk for my counrty. He needs to point out their is a western world  surge in infections. And masking up and social isolation is not workling. He needs to tell the people that mass shut downs obviously are not working unless your a totalarization state. He should say i have learned from my near death experience for my country that the drug cocktail i took works. And i  want to make it avialiable to each and every Amercain who tests positive and gets symptoms for Free. He is right Americans are tired of lock downs and are willing to take the risk. This would be a different proposition if people had working masks. But i learned a long time ago i cannot change the world. I am now of the opinion that the risk to reward of mass  lockdowns does not work. In view of the fact that nothing short of Marshall law will get Americans to isolate and the N95 toilet paper mask does not work we have to have a different strategy. And Biden’s insistence that the solution is everyone mask up tells me we are in even bigger trouble if he is elected. The truth is we are we are in BIG trouble anyway it goes. The world is being subjected to a Bio-weapon sneak attack from Chine. . Simple solutions to complex problems only serves to make matters worse. So if your a boomer you need to save yourself. And mask up with a reusable serious mask and my third generation filter. I have sent out to each and every serious subscriber this state of the art virus filter for free., ou can do more. Like disinfect and Vitamin up and isolate hence the Salvavida line of products is here to save the day. We have solved the mask and filter problem. Soon i hope to have the Salvavida CoronaVit a COMPLETE multivitamin that follows the latest research in coronavirus supplements that may or may not work. But something is betTer then nothing.. i BELIEVE IN MY HUMBLE OPINION THEY WORK!

Biden Leads Trump In Most Battleground Polls 15 Days Before Election

Democratic presidential nominee Joe Biden is leading President Trump nationally by double digits just three weeks ahead of the November election. Biden has 53 percent support to Trump’s 42 percent among registered voters, an 11-point lead, according to a Wall Street Journal/NBC News poll released Thursday. The former vice president’s lead has diminished since just after the presidential debate earlier this month but before Trump was diagnosed with the coronavirus, when Biden led Trump by 14 points. Since then, Trump has been hospitalized and recovered from the virus, the White House saying earlier this week that he tested negative and is no longer contagious. Meanwhile, the battle over Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Judge Amy Coney Barrett has kicked off in the Senate, with the last day of confirmation hearings scheduled for Thursday. However, Trump is still not polling at the level he was last month, when he was behind Biden by only 8 points. His polling numbers are similar to July, when Trump trailed Biden by 11 points. Half of voters, 50 percent, say they are better off now than they were four years ago, while 34 percent say they are worse off now. In contrast though, 58 percent think the country is worse off now than four years ago while only 38 percent said they think the nation is better off. Last month, Biden had a strong showing of support in the must-win battleground state of Pennsylvania, where Biden was born and where he led Trump by 9 points among likely voters, according to a Marist/NBC News poll. In Florida, another state considered vital for the Trump campaign to win, most polls show Biden with a tiny lead of a few points over Trump.
