Hamas reportedly to accept ceasefire in few hours

Hamas delegation in Cairo is preparing to announce a positive response in the next few hours to the latest ceasefire proposal to reach a deal with the Israeli government, the Times of Israel reported on Saturday quoting Palestinian Al-Quds newspaper sources. The media said that an undisclosed source within Hamas said the group is prepared to accept the deal without requiring the removal of Israeli forces from Gaza. It was reported that today, representatives from the Palestinian militant organization Hamas arrived in Egypt to carry out discussions regarding a potential ceasefire and the release of hostages in Gaza.
