Ukraine attack damages oil refinery in Russia’s Rostov
A Ukrainian attack damaged the Novoshakhtinsky oil refinery in Russia’s Rostov region on Friday, regional governor Yuriy Slyusar said. “There were no casualties. The company temporarily suspended work,” he added in a post on Telegram. This would appear to be the second Russian oil refinery that was hit overnight, following reports of a strike on a major facility in the Perm region. Ukraine also reportedly hit a military-industrial enterprise in Russia’s Ulyanovsk.
