Ukrainian Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic integration Olga Stefanishyna said on Monday that Ukraine and the United States are in the “last stages” of negotiations on the development of Ukrainian mineral deposits. “The negotiations have been very constructive, with nearly all key details finalized,” she stated, adding that she hopes the deal will be signed quickly.
