According to the sources, Iran will make certain changes to its nuclear doctrine. In exchange, the US will release a portion of Iran’s frozen assets. The arrangement would allegedly serve as a preliminary agreement and create conditions for the two sides to resume negotiations. The document will reportedly allow both Washington and Tehran to declare themselves winners. Both sides allegedly informed Qatar and Saudi Arabia of their decisions.
